Magnolia 'Stellata' is a beautiful magnolia with fragrant star-shaped flowers appearing in early to mid-spring. The flowers are white with a pink flush at the base and appear on the bare branches.
A medium to large, deciduous tree that will grow up to 5m tall and up to 3m wide. The size can be constrained with regular pruning.
Plant in a full sun or semi-shade position. Moderately fertile, to humus rich, well drained soil is ideal. Prune in winter as required.
